I loved how the first half of the episode focused on the past, and how Jun got to know Tomo. It was really nice to see. And man, did I love little Gundou. The face she made when Tomo was carrying her on her back - that was straight up evil, and I totally loved it!

And the second half is a beach episode. A proper romcom can not exist without it. Jun's reaction to Tomo's booba made me laugh so much.
"Whoa... She is pretty impressive without clothes.", "I would never want to stand beside her."
Misuzu: "You said it." - this was so good. But I can understand - nobody would expect Tomo to have such a big rack.
All-in-all, the beach part delivered what beach episodes usually deliver. It was a nice eye candy - I mean who wouldn't like to see Carol and Tomo in swimsuits.

We've had instances of people talking trash about shows like Shikimori, Dress Up Darling, Mushoku Tensei, and a bunch of other anime the last few years, even as far as condemning and targeting those who like these shows I mentioned, among others. People would even drop major spoilers time to time or would just be a jerk. Heck, I remember when Dragon Maid S2 aired, people on Twitter called the people at KyoAni the "p" word because Ilulu has boobs and even praised the arsonist.

Yet rather than call out the people actually causing trouble, address the issue, or even do something productive to combat said issues, these hypocritical a**hats would resort to flagging or other stupid nonsense. Because heaven forbid @jadJadeJade has an NSFW PFP or has an opinion someone doesn't like. Or heaven forbid I make a comment on anything without someone ready to lose their marbles and then downvote me.

Interesting, so Misuzu is the reason why her relationship with Junichirou is so tense, her possessiveness over Tomo didn't allow her to see Junichirou for who he is but for someone who is taking Tomo away from her.

I'm also wondering if Junichirou knew Tomo was a girl or not, it's not really confirmed when he realized and he was already developing feelings for her at a young age so I guess he really liked Tomo as a person which I find interesting. I thought him discovering that she's a girl would be what triggers him to develop feelings for her but he tries to ignore it rather than it starting before he finds out.

It's funny how Misuzu's sole reason for going to the beach was to see Junichirou's reaction to Tomo in a swimsuit and man did it pay off, Junichirou's reaction was hilarious, he zipped that parka up real fast when he realized what he just let loose into the world lol.

The best part for me was when Junichirou was trying so hard to contain his emotion, trying to reach zen and yet Tomo decides that she can't have that happening, seeing her look so seductive licking the ice cream of her shoulder I am not surprised Junichirou lost all reason at that moment, his inner yell was hilarious to hear.

Tomo and Junichirou are going to be one good looking couple on the beach with how they both have really good bodies. I guess the last thing stopping Junichirou from taking it further with Tomo which Misuzu is unaware of is not being able to beat Tomo. I wonder how long that will take.
